The role will lead the development and implementation of HR Center of Excellence frameworks across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards, Learning & Development, and Culture. The position is responsible for driving key people initiatives, strengthening governance, leveraging HR analytics to measure impact, and leading digital HR transformation to enhance employee experience and organizational readiness.
Candidates with a BBA/Master’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HR COE, HR strategy, and transformation are encouraged to apply.
- Engro Energy is hiring a Deputy Manager Business Development (SECMC), based at the Head Office.
The role is responsible for identifying and developing new energy business opportunities, conducting technical, financial, and commercial assessments, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive innovative energy projects and solutions.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (relevant disciplines) and 5+ years of experience in process engineering, industrial projects, the energy sector, or business development are encouraged to apply. An MBA will be an added advantage.
