We Are Hiring: HR Officer – Healthcare Operations
🏥 Superior University – HR Department (Healthcare)
📍 Location: Lahore
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Officer (Healthcare Operations) to support HR operational functions within our healthcare setup. The ideal candidate must have hospital experience and a strong understanding of PHC standards and healthcare compliance.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day HR operational activities across healthcare departments
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation systems
· Ensure proper employee profiling of all HR staff in Odoo software
· Handle attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and leave management processes
· Manage employee relations and resolve operational HR issues
· Ensure compliance with PHC regulations, hospital policies, and SOPs
· Coordinate with clinical, nursing, and administrative departments for workforce alignment
· Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and operational data for management review
· Assist in internal audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
· Relevant hospital/healthcare HR operational experience is mandatory
· Strong understanding of PHC regulations and hospital operations
· Good communication and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple operational HR tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
