We are HIRING Manager Power Generation (PG)
We are seeking a dynamic & motivated professional to join our team as Manager – Power Generation (PG). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe & efficient plant operations And maintaining reliable performance of the 20 MW Plant (Wartsila 18V34 SG & 16V32 VASA Engines) & the Solar systems (09 MW).
Qualification:
- BSc / MSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in Power Generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Safe, efficient & cost-effective operation & maintenance of the plant & solar systems
- Monitor daily performance through data analysis and evaluation.
- Prepare and control budgets and operational expenses.
- Manage inventory and spare parts efficiently.
- Plan and supervise Operation, maintenance & shutdown activities.
- Initiate and lead projects to upgrade and optimize power generation systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 50001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000, etc.)
- Implement energy conservation and efficiency improvement initiatives
- Experience using Oracle eAM for maintenance tasks
