The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf – Production Kitchen
If you’re passionate about bread baking and can deliver consistent, standardized batches in a central kitchen environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake breads & bakery items (buns, loaves, brioche, focaccia, rolls, etc.)
Handle full baking cycle: mixing → fermentation → shaping → proofing → baking
Ensure recipe/SOP compliance, quality consistency, and timely dispatch to outlets
Maintain hygiene, food safety, labeling, FIFO/FEFO, and wastage control
Support trials/new product development (nice to have)
Requirements
2–5 years experience in bakery/production kitchen/hotel or QSR bakery
Strong hands-on expertise in breads & baking (mandatory)
Knowledge of proofing, dough handling, temperatures, and batch control
Food safety & hygiene mindset
