Responsibilities:
- Managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of existing solar sites, ensuring they meet performance and efficiency targets
- Evaluating potential sites for solar conversion, conducting feasibility studies, and developing detailed plans for new solar installations
- Providing in-house technical support to the organization, including troubleshooting and resolving solar system issues, ensuring optimal performance, and coordinating maintenance activities
- Managing budgets related to solar site operations and new installations, aiming to minimize costs and maximize ROI
- Leading a team of operations and technical staff, providing guidance and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency
- Ensuring that all solar operations comply with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of solar projects
- Identifying training needs and organizing programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the technical support team
- Utilizing data analytics to monitor and analyze the performance of solar sites, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements
