Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all sports and physical education activities across the Central Region.
- Design and execute the regional sports calendar, ensuring effective participation in national and international events.
- Develop and implement short and long-term sports strategies aligned with institutional goals.
- Supervise and support sports staff, coaches, and PE personnel to enhance performance standards.
- Manage sports budgeting, logistics, and coordination with the school leadership.
- Represent the region in external sports forums and build strategic partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and best practices in all sports-related activities.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to the senior management.
