BI Executive – Karachi (Southern region)

Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in advance Excel, Power BI, and Oracle EBS & Visual Studio

Responsibilities:

• Build upon the existing business reporting structure for the region with focus on optimization and proactive insights.
• Crunch regular financial, academic and operational performance reports and visualizations.
• Making presentations for BODs.
• Implement and optimize automation mechanisms for Excel-based reports and dashboards.
• Maintain PowerBI reports which include performance dashboards for not only the Southern region but for entire nationwide business network.
• Reports include operational as well as academic statistics with drill downs available.
  Experience with Oracle EBS (BI) and Visual Studio (SSIS) is mandatory.
• Focused analysis on academics including student flight path analysis to examine historical results, weak subjects and forecast grades.

Head Master/Mistress (Early Years Education-Play Group to Grade 2)
Location: Karachi, Hyderabad & Quetta

Education: Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized university.
Certifications: EYE certifications, PGDC and similar diplomas & training are mandatory.
Experience: 8+ years as EYE practitioner, including at least 5 years of teaching experience and a minimum of 2 years of experience as Senior Master/Mistresses catering EYE

Responsibilities

• Executing School Development Plan to achieve: Academic excellence; implementation of curriculum & Increase in student strength with the help of Vice Principal/Principal.
• Supervising academic and co-curricular activities, including regular teacher planner checking, finalizing test papers and student records in collaboration with Senior Mater/Mistress.
• Training, guiding and developing teachers to improve academic standards.
• Keeping a check on students’ performance by collaborating with teachers and parents via regular meet ups.
• Providing support to Principal/Vice Principal and Regional office for all types of academic matters.

• Supervising academic and co-curricular activities, including regular teacher planner checking, finalizing test papers and student records in collaboration with teachers.
• Training, guiding and developing teachers to improve academic standards.
• Keeping a check on students’ performance by collaborating with teachers and parents via regular meet ups.
• Providing support to School Leadership Team and Regional office for all types of academic matters.

Experience: 10+ years, minimum 5 years of teaching experience and a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position catering Grade 3 to A Levels is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Executing School Development Plan to achieve: Academic excellence; implementation of curriculum & Increase in student strength.
• Training and Enrollment of staff for future subject based internal courses/ online external courses/Payment and fees modalities for staff and students/ British Council/ CAIE updates and staff and student related Exam.
• Hiring required support staff in academic & admin department (except SLT) to achieve annual targets.
• Increase parental involvement and build strong community relations including BTL and social media promotions.
• Administration and Financial management
• Being technologically well versed, especially with ERP and MS Office will be a plus point.
