Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing routine procurement demands against approved budgets and purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve day-to-day supply chain-related queries.
- Support office and school furniture projects by coordinating procurement activities and tracking demand fulfilment.
= Monitor production timelines and assist in ensuring quality standards for furniture and uniform items. - Handle school uniform and domestic staff uniform demands, including inventory tracking and warehouse coordination.
- Support retailer order processing, order tracking, and basic financial reconciliation for uniform projects.
- Assist in implementing QA controls to ensure timely delivery and acceptable quality of uniforms and furniture.
- Ensure adherence to defined standards, specifications, and procurement procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors for order follow-ups, documentation, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in managing distributors to ensure availability of uniforms in assigned regions.
- Support negotiation activities by gathering pricing data and supplier quotations.
- Liaise with regional supply chain teams to support operational objectives.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with approved authority levels.
- Ensure compliance with approved procurement hierarchy and SOPs.
- Compile monthly reports on procurement status, inventory levels, and operational performance.
- Assist in sourcing activities, market research, and preliminary supplier evaluations.
- Support implementation and monitoring of supplier contracts and exclusivity agreements.
- Assist in documentation and implementation of SOPs and process improvements within the supply chain function.
