The City School is looking to fill the position of Executive Secretary at their Regional Office in Lahore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Updating on issues in schools and manage the communication between relevant parties until the issues are resolved.
- Obtain and collate detailed information as required & provide administrative and operational support.
- Record keeping & dissemination of important instructions to schools and Regional Office departments.
- Coordinate the arrangements for meetings, interviews, conference calls and events.
- Prepare day to day schedule and make any necessary arrangements for travel arrangements.
- Deliver mails to schools and other offices and keep records of both incoming and outgoing mails.
- Maintain detailed organization of official documents such as strategic planning to be submitted to Board of Directors.
- Keep general records of emails shared by Heads of Department regarding official as well as personal matters.
- Ensure the safe and secure storage and filing of sensitive information such as that in respect of recruiting and dismissal of employees, and warning letters regarding disciplinary action.
- Carry out duties in respect of liaison with customers and update on any issues that arise.
