The City School Jobs Business Development Manager:
The City School is looking to fill out the position for the Business Development Manager-Northern Region.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Assistant Regional Director and School Heads for efficient handling of related matters.
- Develop detailed business plans and feasibilities for respective area in coordination with ARD & Network Partner to augment business expansion.
- Carry out business development initiatives in liaison with ARD and School Heads.
- Assist the ARD/Network partners in identification of new locations for schools.
- Plan and carry out marketing and advertising activities and new promotions.
- Effective and efficient stake holder management and develop new business relationships.
- Cultivate, foster and maintain strong liaison and relationship with government authorities, local administration and stake holders to safeguard company’s interest.
- To ensure all processes remain compliant with regulatory and other governmental authorities.
- Assisting the ARD/Network Partner in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors/property owners.
- Ensuring strong liaising between the legal counsel for any issues pertaining to properties, rental agreements and school staff.
- Conducting market research (surveys) to identify new business expansion areas and locations.
- Assist ARD/Network Partner in evaluating existing schools’ three-year profitability & accordingly developing strategies focused on financial gains and cost effectiveness in comparison to year-on-year performance.
- Keeping abreast with all legal issues in the region and communicating to the legal counsel at Regional Office.
- Assist ARD in developing and implementing strategies for student admissions/retention.
- Carry out activities/admission drives in conjunction with ARD/Network Partner and RO.
- Provide recommendations to turn around loss making schools/possible mergers.
