Location: Karachi | On-site
Thal Engineering is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional for the role of Junior Import Executive (Finance – Imports).
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Assist in managing import processes from LC opening to shipment clearance
• Support in preparation and handling of LC documentation, amendments, and bank coordination
• Assist in import-related payments, including PPR, duties, and other bank transactions
• Coordinate with suppliers, clearing agents, and shipping companies for documentation and follow-ups
• Maintain import records and tracking reports (Excel/SAP-based)
• Ensure timely follow-up on shipments, payments, and documentation
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance or related)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of import procedures and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of SAP
• Good communication and coordination skills
