Position / Title: Product Manager- Branch Lending

Key Responsibilities:
To initiate and drive a well-structured process of Product Management. Ensuring that the product remains fit for the organization’s strategic ambition & best choice for the target customers. Act as a focal point for resolving all product related queries. Analyze product through judgment & recommend viable solutions to the team.
• Designing, implementing and managing of all lending products sold through conventional disbursement model & are directly related to organization’s strategic ambitions around portfolio growth, revenue & profitability target.
• Analyze direct/ indirect competitors & conduct field visits to design optimal customer centric & sustainable products.
• Provide consistent support to front end staff through product training, mentoring & answering their regular queries.
• Analyze critical data, conduct product level segmentation and ensure portfolio quality.

• Drive cross functional analytics projects from beginning to end: build relationships with partner teams, frame and structure questions, collect and analyze data, as well as summarize and present key insights in support of decision making
• Suggest and implement data best practices and implement analytics solutions
• Use your experience in analytics tools and scientific rigor to produce actionable insights
• Communicate key results to senior management in verbal, visual, and written media

• Internet links, external agencies links, Configuration management, virtualization, operating system.
• Manage data center.
• Liaison with external network & hardware services providers.
• Ensure change and configuration management process.

• Comply with the group wide standards of service delivery for change, incident, problem, capacity, release management and prioritization
• Ensure transparent audit support from technology, for SBP, Telenor Group and other compliance standards
Required Qualification, Education and Certifications:
• Education: Graduation
• Experience: 5+ year banking ADC channel, Branchless and Middleware technology
