📝 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Lead and manage zonal sales operations to achieve assigned targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Manage and supervise Territory Managers and field staff.
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights.
Ensure timely recovery of receivables and maintain healthy business growth.
🎓 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or relevant field.
5–8 years of proven experience in sales of Pesticides & Seeds.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of crop protection products and seed market.
Willingness to travel extensively.
