Job Role:

Distribution Handling
Retail Sales & Operations
B2C
Sales Development & Network Expansions
Lead, train, motivate and work on the development of Area Retail Managers, Site Managers & Supervisors.
Review critical customer complaints to maintain service excellence
Supporting manager stations for the all the operational concerns
Liaises with Retail outlet Manager for maintenance concerns.
Developing revenue forecast and aligning with business revenue targets
Review safety measures at all sites in compliance with HSSE standards

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Minimum Graduate, Preferably MBA
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum 05 – 07 years of core experience of Retail Background – Candidates from FMCG, OMC & Telecommunication background will be preferred

The Job role Involves:

The incumbent will provide administrative support to the CEO
The responsibility will include travel scheduling, file organization.
Maintaining calendar for CEO.
Follow-up on pending approvals and timely updating on meeting minutes.
Ability to produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints.
The candidate will also support the planning and execution of major projects, conferences and other off-site meetings while working collaboratively with other executives to ensure backup coverage.
