Taj gasoline is looking for 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 to CEO for its head office based in Karachi.
𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
- Minimum Graduate
- 3+years of Executive Assistant experience in corporate, working for C – Level Management.
- Should be well versed with Ms. Excel and Word
- Excellent Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and strong attention to detail
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨:
- The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Managing Director/CEO
- The responsibility will include travel scheduling, file organization, Maintaining calendar for CEO.
- Follow-up on pending approvals and timely updating on meeting minutes.
- Ability to produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints. The candidate will also support the planning and execution of major projects, conferences and other off-site meetings while working collaboratively with other executives to ensure backup coverage.
