Systems Ltd is looking to hire Senior Talent Acquisition resource for the Lahore office:
Responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition & recruitment management for domestic & and international hiring.
- Create and implement talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, and graduate hiring and develop a sustainable candidate-led strategy to increase interest in open positions.
- Liaise with the company’s C-Level and senior management to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs for manpower planning & and maintaining bench resources.
- Design organizational Job analysis, Job mapping, specifications and design sourcing, interviews, questionnaires, recruitment, and selection process which is relevant to the company’s needs to access the suitable fit candidates in terms of requirements and culture.
- Global market research, resource mapping, and analysis for mergers and acquisitions (skill-based analysis).
- Manage talent acquisition branding and industrial linkages.
- Generate statistics, HR metrics, and other reports as required and give business presentations.
- Support current and future business needs through developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital.
Requirements:
- BS/MS in Business Education.
- 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting.
- Must have experience in technical/IT recruitment.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in generating HR Analytics and stats representation.
