Position: Fleet Supervisor
Purpose: Assure the smooth running of the transport department, ensure preventive and other repair and maintenance works of vehicles (Motorcars and Motorcycles) according to schedule and as per need on time.
Job Description:
- Develop contacts with company dealerships (Honda, Suzuki, Toyota, KIA etc), sign SLAs and ensure maintenance of vehicles from approved dealerships only.
- Train, monitor and supervise drivers in maintaining daily logs of vehicles.
- Submitting regular and comprehensive monthly reports on vehicle movements, fuel usage, newly purchase vehicle, maintenance and expense with respect to dealerships.
- Having strong grip and knowledge on car financing facilities from banks.
- Maintaining fuel cards (PSO) and develop mechanism to avoid misuse of fuel while refueling.
Required Skills Proficient knowledge to search/procure/arrange used vehicles from the market. Geographical knowledge Logistical skills Knowledge of procedures, laws and regulations of Pakistan
Required Experience: 5-7 Years in same capacity
