WE’RE HIRING HSE Lead
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead HSE initiatives at the assigned facility and promote a strong safety culture across all levels.
- Conduct risk assessments with production, engineering and utilities teams.
- Lead campaigns and trainings for incident prevention.
- Develop and manage Emergency Response Teams, oversee work permit transformation.
- Ensure compliance with industry and global standards.
- Lead incident investigations, take corrective actions and prepare monthly HSE performance reports.
- Supervise HSE Engineers and Fire Executives.
- Implement HSE transformation programs and drive continuous improvement in safety practices.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline in Technical HSE.
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience with reputable organizations.
- NEBOSH IGC certification is preferred for this position.

WE’RE HIRING Senior Electrical Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance activities of electrical installation (motors, VFDs, switchgear, earthing etc.).
- Perform troubleshooting of instrumentation and PLCs.
- Ensure machine reliability, conduct RCAs of breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Effectively manage inventory and costs of spare parts.
- Maintain detailed records of defects & ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations and quality assurance across all maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience with reputable organizations.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team of engineers and technicians.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and ERP systems.
