Roles and Responsibilities:
- Possess comprehensive knowledge and market insight of Cash Management Products, including Collections and Payments, as well as Cash Management Systems (electronic/web-based).
- Manage the assigned Cash Management portfolio to maximize revenues and achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to solicit Cash Management mandates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and onboarding of mandates.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service to clients, including prompt and effective resolution of queries.
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
