Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in CAD-based pattern making (Gerber/Lectra/Tukatech), preferably in a Garments / Textile manufacturing setup.
- Expertise in managing denim shrinkage, washing allowances, and fabric behavior.
- Proficient in adapting patterns to various denim silhouettes and fits (slim, relaxed, tapered, Balloon fit, etc.).
- Familiar with CAD systems (e.g., Gerber, Lectra, Tukatech) used for denim pattern development and grading.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Digital/Manual patterns based on design specifications.
- Interpret tech packs and ensure proper fit and construction.
- Collaborate with designers, technical teams, and sample rooms to finalize samples.
- Conduct fit sessions and make necessary pattern corrections.
- Ensure final production patterns and grading are aligned with quality standards.
- Maintain pattern library and documentation for reference and reuse.
