Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar role
The position will be responsible for:
- To assist in finalizing agenda items to be discussed in the Board and Committee Meetings.
- To prepare agenda papers and ensure timely circulation among the Board / Committee members.
- To circulate Minutes of the Board and Committee Meetings.
- To prepare and file different returns with the regulators accordance with the law requirements.
