Role:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies for the organization. This position is responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of: a comprehensive marketing strategy, communications, public relations, social media, and advertising campaigns. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for developing and managing the marketing budget and working with other departments to ensure that all marketing objectives are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
Develop and implement marketing plans, including budget and timeline.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze market trends and customer insights.
Create and distribute promotional materials, such as press releases, newsletters, and other content.
Track and measure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns.
Manage the organization’s website and social media channels.
Develop relationships with media outlets and industry professionals.
Act as the organization’s spokesperson at industry events and conferences.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all marketing objectives are met.
Manage the company’s digital presence, including the website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
Manage the marketing budget and track the ROI of marketing initiatives.
Identify and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in marketing, communications, Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in marketing and project management.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of web analytics, SEO, and social media platforms.
Experience in the residential solar industry or a related field is preferred.
