Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Knowledge of HR Policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
