SINA Health, Education & Welfare Trust is seeking a seasoned and accomplished Manager Human Resources to lead our HR operations and drive organizational success. This critical position is based at our office near Brooks Chowrangi, Korangi, Karachi.
Position Overview: We are in search of a dynamic professional to oversee and enhance all aspects of HR functions, including but not limited to:
Recruitment and talent acquisition
Training and development
Grievance handling and conflict resolution
Payroll management
Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Reporting directly to the COO, the Manager Human Resources will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with the organization’s overall vision and objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
5–8 years of proven experience in HR leadership roles.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong team player with exceptional leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
