We are currently looking for Service Delivery Associate to be part of our team at Simpaisa. The person will be pivotal in managing and enhancing the delivery of our technology services. The person will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service operations, with a focus on maintaining high availability and rapid response to any issues that arise.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage service performance metrics using AWS CloudWatch and other monitoring tools to ensure optimal service delivery and proactive issue resolution.
- Utilize API logs to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Generate and analyze incident reports, provide insights on root causes, and develop strategies to mitigate future risks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide regular updates on service status and incident management.
- Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations.
Requirement:
- Bachelors in Computer Science
- 2-3 years of experience in service delivery, particularly in a technology-focused role.
- Strong understanding of AWS CloudWatch and proficiency in using various monitoring tools to manage and analyze service performance.
- Excellent skills in API log analysis and problem-solving.
- Proven ability to generate comprehensive incident reports and conduct detailed root cause analyses.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to service management, with a focus on preventing issues before they occur.
