Sigma Distributors Pvt. Ltd. looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Executive to join our team in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line IT support for software, hardware, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, printers, and peripherals
Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT onboarding
Troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and escalate when required
Perform system updates, backups, and basic security checks
Maintain IT assets and software license inventory
Prepare and update technical documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills
