Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance the use of procurement systems (e.g., ERP, e-procurement platforms) to streamline operations.

• Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement system upgrades or new tools & ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.

• Create, update, and maintain procurement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and standardization.

• Monitor adherence to internal controls and compliance with regulatory and company policies.

• Draft, negotiate, and manage procurement contracts, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.

• Maintain a central repository of all vendor contracts and ensure timely renewals or renegotiations.

• Manage vendor performance through scorecards and regular reviews.

• Conduct regular supplier market research and benchmark pricing, terms, quality, and analyze procurement trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Lead or support procurement-related projects including sourcing events, process improvements, or cross-functional initiatives.

• Prepare project charters, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management. • Strong understanding of procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa). • Proven experience in drafting SOPs, managing contracts, and conducting market research. • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. • Preferred Certifications: PMP, CIPS, CSCP, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
