Shangrila Foods (Private) Limited is looking for a competent professional with strong knowledge to Manage drafting and vetting of contracts while ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory laws. Oversee litigation and coordinate with legal counsel. Handle government department matters, including SECP, FBR, SRB, CCP, SEZ, Labour, EOBI, SESSI, PESSI & other Govt. department. Manage intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights, renewals, registrations, infringements) and consumer protection issues. Liaise with regulators, ensure corporate governance, provide legal advisory, and translating legal requirements into practical business solutions while conducting internal compliance training.
