Position: Export Operations Executive
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in export operations or international logistics.
- Location: Head Office Gulberg III, Lahore.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Manage export order flow from order confirmation to shipment.
- Oversee bank documentation (Form E, Form R), coordination with external banking partners, ensuring end-to-end compliance with trade finance and regulatory requirements.
- Handle FIN preparation and PSW processing, ensuring compliance, accurate submissions, and seamless export clearance.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and freight forwarders for timely execution.
- Prepare and review export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL) ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Track shipments and ensure smooth on-time deliveries.
- Communicate with international clients and provide shipment updates.
- Support operational planning and process improvements.
Required Skillset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis for reporting and tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve errors.
- Highly organized working style with strong attention to detail.
- Effective coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
