SSC is hiring Imports Executive!
Location: Head Office – Gullberg Lahore
We are looking for an Imports Executive to ensure timely and accurate processing of import transactions, stock reconciliation, GRNs and logistics information.
Key Responsibilities:
. Incorporate POs in Oracle EBS within one week of receiving PI from the Import Desk.
. Manage stock reconciliation, GRN posting, shortage claims, excess POs and GRNs.
. Maintain accurate freight/logistics data dashboards.
. Ensure timely entry of LC information in Oracle EBS.
. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth import operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
1–3 years’ relevant experience.
Knowledge of Import Operations, Stock Reconciliation and Oracle EBS/ERP.
Strong data accuracy, attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, coordination and communication skills.
