We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented AM Merchandiser for our Eastern Wear domain. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Merchandiser (Eastern Wear) with hands-on experience in reputed fashion brands. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to product development, costing, production coordination, and data handling through Excel, ensuring timely and profitable execution of seasonal collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete merchandising cycle from product development to final delivery.
- Coordinate with design, sourcing, and production teams for sampling, approvals, and execution.
- Develop accurate product costing and maintain Time & Action (T&A) plans.
- Ensure on-time production, quality compliance, and shipment planning.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Track order status, WIP, inventory, and reports using MS Excel.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of merchandising experience in Eastern Wear fashion brands.
- Strong understanding of garment production, fabric consumption, and costing.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, reporting, data analysis).
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple articles and timelines efficiently.
