We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Denim team who has expertise in Product Development. This role is crucial for driving our business forward and establishing benchmarks that align with the best industry practices.
The key areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate include:
- Track development timelines and ensure smooth execution with PPC and related teams.
- Follow up on development yarn with procurement, spinning, PPC, and yarn godown teams.
- Support seasonal collection planning and preparations.
- Evaluate developments and maintain records of previous samples.
- Manage analysis records, lab dips, and customer references for approvals.
- Coordinate with QA team for timely execution, fabric codes, lab reports, and FSS uploads.
- Perform counter matching of customer swatches/garments with existing articles.
- Prepare reports and data for weekly management meetings.
- Manage collection and development dispatches to customers.
- Liaise with the marketing team regarding fabric analysis, counter matching, costing, and development updates.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Textiles (preferably Weaving or Textile Chemistry).
- 03 to 04 years of relevant experience in Product Development.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Sound understanding of spinning, weaving, finishing, and QA procedures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
