We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team who have expertise in Industrial Engineering. This role is crucial for driving our business forward and establishing benchmarks that align with the best industry practices.
The primary areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate are:
- Prepare detailed operation bulletins by analyzing garment styles and production requirements.
- Verify Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM) for all garment styles to ensure accurate time measurement and efficiency analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the PD and Marketing teams during product development to gather necessary inputs for accurate costing.
- Perform costing by interpreting tech packs and understanding handover details from PD and Marketing teams.
- Continuously ensure accuracy and consistency in garment costing by cross-checking data and collaborating across teams.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in garment costing, SAM verification, and garment manufacturing.
- Familiarity with product development processes and tech pack interpretation.
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
