Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Manager Stores” at Site Production Unit.

Job Description:

Plan and manage stock movements from all stores
Prepare and share inventory movement reports
Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks.
Follow up for all running article as per planning sheet & apply the same process onwards
Strong coordination with all relevant departments
Analyze critical consumption pattern of inventory for expected demand and maintain optimum inventory level
Make sure to maintain all data in SAP & excel sheet with proper gate pass record
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and report concerns to senior management
Conduct regular audits to ensure the store functions are as per defined SOPs
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Ensure to resolve complaints with concern department for any incorrect receiving
To take precautionary steps for the safety and hygiene in store premises

Job Specification:

Qualification: Masters or Graduate from reputed university in Supply Chain will be preferred

Experience: 5 to 6 years working experience in similar position at retail fashion firm

Location: SITE Area, Karachi
