We are urgently looking for a Engagement / Social Media Executive to be based in our Head Office located in Karachi.
The incumbent at this position will be responsible to manage social media platforms including facebook messages, facebook posts, Instragram accounts and address to customer queries/ complaints on a daily basis. The role also requires for the incumbent to track digital orders and coordinate among stakeholders including store and vendors for order processing questions.
Skills: She/he must have excellent English Communication Skills (both verbal and written), experience of working on MS Office applications, basic understanding of social media management and complaint handling.
Qualification: A Levels/ O Levels/ BBA (Marketing/Digital)
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working in similar capacity
