Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Audit Executive”.
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify unrecorded fabric for uploading in SAP.
- Verify petty cash expenses.
- Verify manual gate-passes with system generated documents of particular goods and items to ensure the compliance of Gate Management System.
- Verify randomly system transactions/documentations of goods received from outsiders/vendors for (RTW and RTS).
- Verify Finished Goods received from Site Production Unit (SPU) through system documentation and physical on random basis.
- Physical stock taking of General Store, Fabric Store, Digital Business Store, Finished Department as per audit plan.
- Physical verification of left-over stock in warehouse periodically and at the time of transfer to other units.
- Physically check the wastage of items at the time of loading in the warehouse premises.
Education: BBA/MBA (Finance)/ BS (Accounting Finance)
Experience: 2+ Years’ experience in Retail/Apparel Industry
Location: Warehouse (Clifton) – Karachi
