Position_Finance_Officer
Experience: 3-4 years in related feild
Education: Part Qualified ACCA and B.Com
Location: Karachi

Responsibilities:
- Import related expenses recording based on request of payment.
- LC charge, Shipment related expenses, Clearing agents, Freight, Marine Insurence and other import related expenses.
- Follow up for advances and dues of clearing Agents Bills/Ledgers- On monthly basis.
- Recording of Debit/Credit vouchers of clearing Agents/Bank.
- Reconciliation of import related GLs- Based on LC- wise basis, monthly basis.
- Maintain party deposits
- Reviewing & Updation of Landed Cost sheet in ERP.
- Monthly input sales tax Reconciliation
- Preparing LC Control sheet
- Making pay Orders of imports
- Reconciliation of Marine Insurance expense payable on monthly basis.
- Preparing payment control sheet and emailing same to HOD
- Exports and other Reporting
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation and cash flow process RTGS to financial cost.
