Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee industrial engineering activities, including process optimization, capacity planning, home textile, productivity improvement and textile made-ups.
- Develop and implement engineering solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Conduct time and motion studies to analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in home textile made-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in textile processing engineering especially home textile.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and agile work experience.
- Candidates must have experience in Standard Minute Value (SMV), Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Lean methodologies.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt-CLSSBB, TQM, Q-SFM, Quality Control Engineer, APQP, PPAP, QD Engineer.
Preference will be given to candidates with SAP knowledge.
