We are seeking a professional with strong experience in 𝐩𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, and 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐚𝐰 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 to ensure consistent supply and cost-effective purchasing for our corrugation operations.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Lead procurement of paper and related raw materials including kraft paper, test liner, fluting medium, and pulp-based materials from reliable local and international suppliers.
Manage purchase orders, documentation, and procurement records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of raw materials aligned with production planning and operational requirements.
Drive vendor development initiatives, identify new suppliers, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Conduct price negotiations and contract discussions to secure the most competitive commercial terms.
Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery timelines to ensure operational efficiency.
Support cost optimization and strategic sourcing initiatives within the procurement function.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Proven experience in raw material purchasing, particularly paper, pulp, and kraft paper procurement.
Strong exposure to vendor development, supplier negotiations, and procurement planning.
Experience within corrugation, packaging, paper, or related manufacturing industries will be highly preferred.
