Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 / 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 to join our 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 at 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗟𝗮𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in flexible packaging operations and production management within a manufacturing environment.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Plan, manage, and supervise daily production operations to ensure timely achievement of production targets
• Monitor and control production processes including 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
• Implement production planning in coordination with PPC and Supply Chain
• Maintain quality standards as per customer specifications and compliance requirements
• Minimize wastage, rejection rates, and downtime through continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and GMP practices
• Prepare production reports and performance analysis for management review
• Lead, train, and develop shop floor teams

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿’𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in flexible packaging manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of rotogravure / flexo printing, lamination, extrusion (preferred), and finishing processes
• Hands-on exposure to production KPIs, OEE, and cost optimization
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in ERP and MS Office
