Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: ISLAMABAD
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential franchise partners
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle and outreach activities
- Achieve monthly and annual franchise acquisition targets
- Monitor royalty payments from all franchise schools as per agreement
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up for royalty payments
- Develop marketing strategies to promote franchise opportunities
- Represent the brand at franchise expos and industry events
- Strengthen brand positioning in target territories
- Generate qualified franchise leads via digital and offline channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–7 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or education marketing
