We are looking for talented professionals to join our Operations department.

Assistant Manager – Digital Onboarding (Evening & Night Shifts)
Officer – Digital Onboarding (Evening & Night Shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support the digital account opening process.
Verify customer documents and ensure KYC/AML compliance.
Assist customers via digital channels and maintain smooth onboarding operations.
Identify discrepancies, escalate high-risk cases, and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field.
Assistant Manager: 3-4 years relevant experience; Officer: 1-2 years relevant experience.
Knowledge of digital banking platforms, KYC/AML regulations, and compliance.
Strong attention to detail, customer focus, and teamwork.
Officer role requires flexibility for evening and night shifts.
