ASSISTANT MANAGER MECHANICAL

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Mechanical to join our FMCG operations team. This role is ideal for professionals who can lead plant maintenance, optimize mechanical systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency while guiding technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ensure smooth plant operations with minimal downtime.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Analyze mechanical issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Manage and mentor technical staff and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process improvement.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in FMCG or manufacturing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance practices.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality systems.

Position: Assistant Manager Electrical

Role Overview :

Supporting and enhancing electrical operations within an FMCG facility, focusing on efficient power distribution, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain electrical systems, panels, and equipment.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply and troubleshoot electrical faults.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical assets.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption and efficiency.
• Lead electrical projects, upgrades, and installations.
• Supervise and guide electricians and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical standards.
• Collaborate with mechanical and production teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/FMCG.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, and automation (preferred).
