1 Project Director (1 Post) (Age Min: 40 Max: 50 years). Pay Rs. 131,157/- (lump sum) with 10% annual increment. Pay and allowance of BS-20 + project allowance Rs.60,000 p.m.(in case of appointment by transfer) Qualification, Experience, Domicile and Eligibility:
๏ท M.sc in (Engineering) civil / Mechanical / Electrical or Masters in Social Sciences (2nd division) preferably in Project Management Public Policy Public Administration or Business Administration from HEC Recognized University. ๏ท B.Sc.(Engineering ) in civil / Mechanical / Electrical from recognized university.
๏ท Ten year experience in the line in case of M.Sc. (Engineering) and fifteen years experience in the line in case of B.Sc.(engineering)
๏ท Past experience of dealing with power regulatory regime and mechanisms will be an added advantage;
๏ท Knowledge & Experience with the execution of projects under FIDIC,EPC,/ Turn Key, BOOT, BOO ,And BOT basis shall be preferred;
๏ท Proficiency in developing documents like EOI,PQD,REF, PPA , and IA their legal and financial implementations;
๏ท Should have valid registration as professional Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC);
๏ท Should be well Conversant with EIA / IEE and resettlement issues and safeguards relating to hydro power projects; ๏ท Knowledge of social aspects of hydropower Projects will be considered as an additional qualification;
๏ท Experience of financial Management of Projects;
2 Director Hydro Power/(Director Technical). (01 Post) (Age Min: 40 Max: 50 years). Pay Rs: 110,505/- (lump sum) with 10% annual increment. pay and allowances of BS-19 + Project allowance Rs. 50000 p.m. (in case of appointment by transfer Qualification, Experience, Domicile and Eligibility:
๏ท B.Sc. Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
๏ท General Experience of 15 years in planning , design, construction supervision and monitoring of Civil Engineering Projects or Hydro Power projects on rivers and canals including 5 year relevant experience.
๏ท FIDIC/World bank / ADB Contract conditions/guidelines.
๏ท Latest Engineering codes of practice and related softwares.
๏ท Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA/IEE) and Resettlement issues relating to Hydro Power Projects.
3 Director Finance (1 Post) (Age Min: 40 Max: 50 years). Pay Rs: 110,505/- (lump sum) with 10% annual increment. pay and allowances of BS-19 + Project allowance Rs. 50000 p.m. (in case of appointment by transfer Qualification, Experience, Domicile and Eligibility:
๏ท Chartered Accountant ,MBA Finance or ICMA from a university recognized by HEC
๏ท General experience of 15 years in planning, budgeting and accounting including relevant experience of 5 years handling accounts of foreign funded Projects.
๏ท Preference will be given to candidates having experience of :
๏ท Power Sector Projects.
๏ท Latest accounting rules and regulations including financial management software.
๏ท Dealing with ADB and other donor agencies and their policies and procedures.
4 Director Procurement / Contracts (1 Post) (Age Min: 40 Max: 50 years). Pay Rs: 110,505/- (lump sum) with 10% annual increment. pay and allowances of BS-19 + Project allowance Rs. 50000 p.m. (in case of appointment by transfer Qualification, Experience, Domicile and Eligibility:
๏ท B.Sc. Engineering from a recognized University.
๏ท General Experience of 15 years in contract administration, planning and construction of Civil Engineering Projects or Hydro Power projects on including 5 year relevant experience
๏ท Dispute resolutions and related process under the EPC / Turnkey and other FIDIC conditions of contracts including Contractors claims, process of DRB or Arbitration.
๏ท Procurement under ADB, World Bank and other international Donors guidelines conditions.
5 Deputy Director Hydraulic Structure (1 post) (Age Min: 32 Max: 50 years) Pay Rs. 83,912/-( lump sum) with 10% annual increment. In case of appointment by transfer pay and allowances of BS-18 + Project allowance Rs. 35000 p.m. Qualification, Experience, Domicile and Eligibility:

๏ท General Relevant experience of 10 years of designing or erection / installation or operation of hydro turbines or Mechanical equipments and steel structures including 3 years relevant experience.
9 Deputy Director (Resettlement & Environment) (1 Post) (Age Min: 32 Max: 50) years, ) Pay Rs. 83,912/- (lump sum) with 10% annual increment. In case of appointment by transfer pay and allowances of BS-18+ Project allowance Rs. 35000 p.m. Qualification, Experience, Domicile and Eligibility:

๏ท General Relevant experience of 10 years in handling socio-environmental issues related to construction of Projects including 3 years experience related to water sector projects.
๏ท Handling resettlement and environmental aspects under Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rules and regulations and ADB guidelines.
๏ท Settling the complaints of public related to environment.
๏ท Implementation IEE, EIA,EMP.
10 Assistant Director / Senior Inspector (Mechanical) (1 Post) (Age Min: 28 Max: 40) years Pay Rs. 69,118/- (lump sum) with 10% annual increment. In case of appointment by transfer pay and allowances of BS-17+ Project allowance Rs. 25000 p.m. Qualification, Experience, Domicile and Eligibility:
๏ท B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
๏ท General Experience of 05 years in construction supervision of civil works including 2 years relevant experience. Or Associate Diploma in Mechanical Technology from recognized board with 15 years general experience including 5 years relevant experience.
๏ท Knowledge of project planning tools / software and monitoring of large projects.
11 Assistant Director (Resettlement & Environment) (1 Post) (Age Min: 27 Max: 40) years Pay Rs. 69,118/- (lump sum) with 10% annual increment. In case of appointment by transfer pay and allowances of BS-17+ Project allowance Rs. 25000 p.m. Qualification, Experience, Domicile and Eligibility:
๏ท Masterโs Degree (2nd division) in Sociology or Environmental Engineering or Environmental Sciences from a recognized university.
๏ท General Relevant experience of 05 years in handling socio-environmental issues related to construction of Projects including related experience 2 years.
๏ท Handling social and environmental issues including resettlement aspects under Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rules and regulations and ADB guidelines.
๏ท Implementation of resettlement plans and related issues of IEEs.
12 Accounts Officer (02 Post) (Age Min: 28 Max: 50) years,) Pay Rs: 69,118. /- (lump sum) with 10% annual increment. In case of appointment by transfer pay and allowances of BS-17+ Project allowance Rs. 25000 p.m. (in case of appointment by transfer Qualification, Experience, Domicile and Eligibility:
๏ท B.Com from a recognized university with at least 2nd division.
๏ท General Experience of 07 years in Accounts of public and / or Private Sector projects in capacity of Accounts Officer including 2 years relevant experience of handling accounts matters of foreign funded /ADB projects.
๏ท Accounts matters of government organizations international accounting Standards of Budget & Accounts.
