WE’RE LOOKING FOR Area Sales Manager
Location: Mirpurkhas
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Target achieve or exceed Wekly ,Monthly and yearly.
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Regularly track sales performance and report on results to senior management. Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure optimal coverage and distribution within the area.
- Travel Time 90 – 95%
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
- Proven success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights to improve sales performance.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
