Platinum Steel Mill (Pvt.) Ltd. is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Receivable

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions related to receivables.
Collaborate with clients to address payment discrepancies and resolve outstanding issues.
Monitor and analyze receivable trends, providing insights for process improvement.
Supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable professionals.
Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and assist in budgeting processes.
Coordinate with sales team and tax team for timely uploading of data.
Monthly report on AR, Sales to top management
Requirements:
Education: ICMA Finalist / MBA
Experience: At least 3 to 4 years in a similar capacity (Preference for male candidates)
Location: Head Office – Karachi, Pakistan

Job Description – Assistant Manager Costing /Deputy Manager Costing

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed cost analysis of raw materials, labor, and overheads to ensure cost efficiency.
Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and reports for accurate tracking.
Analyze product costing, variances, and profitability to support decision-making.
Monitor production costs, wastage, and efficiency to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with a focus on cost control.
Support internal and external audits by preparing financial data and documentation.
Conduct financial reviews and risk assessments to strengthen internal controls.
Prepare cost reports, variance analysis, and management reports for senior leadership.
Collaborate with different departments to improve cost structures and financial performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: CA Inter / ACCA / CMA
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in cost accounting within the steel/manufacturing industry; audit experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of costing techniques, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and internal controls.
Proficiency in SAP B1 and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
