We are looking for Shift/Incharge Supervisior Production Department at the Plent Nooriabad
About the Role:
The Incharge/Shift Supervisor provides technical support to ensure all plant machinery operatesat peak efficiency. You will be responsible for managing shifts and the team, performingtroubleshooting, and executing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and keepproduction running safely.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor team on the floor to ensure all machines are running smoothly throughout the shift.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in equipment like pumps, gearboxes, compressors,
and hydraulic systems. - Perform troubleshooting, carry out preventive maintenance tasks such as oiling, greasing,filter changes, and belt adjustments according to the schedule.
- Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments like Vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Keep track of spare parts and inform the store or manager when stocks of bearings, seals, or belts are running low.
- Fill out daily shift reports and maintenance logs to explain what went wrong and how it was fixed.
- Quickly respond to breakdowns to minimize production downtime and get the plant back up and running.
Requirement:
- DAE Mechanical or equivalent.
- 3-5 years in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment
