Position: Trade Marketing Executive – Interior Sindh
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Various locations in Interior Sindh

Main Accountabilities

Support to Regional Sales Manager in coordinating and executing in-field activities / business building activities through 3Ps in the Region.

Assist RSMs and related sales strategy functions in managing business building budgets up to 5 Million USD per annum (per sales region). Time spent: 70% field & 30% office

Coordinate and liaison for execution of infield activities with in the region, e.g. Visibility, Consumer engagement, sales support and other business building activities.

Assist RSM in managing vendors and third parties conducting business building activities, merchandizing activities, consumer engagement activities and PPOSM placement in the region.

Conduct field audit to insure alignment of activities as per the agreed plan with third parties and vendors. Also have field audit reports to be shared with respective area managers.

Assist RSM in managing Regional Budget by compiling information from all relevant stakeholders and analyzing data to provide key insights.

Analyze data derived from sales activities, merchandizing activities and consumer engagement activities to provide key insights as a basis for decision making by the Regional Manager.

Uphold corporate integrity and values, ensuring all activities to comply with PMPKL policies and procedures, including local and federal laws, PMI COC and Marketing Code.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Minimum qualification of at least a Bachelors from a reputable institute

Experience: Minimum prior experience of at least a year in a relevant sales capacity
