*As directed by the AMENA Security Director and in collaboration with Regional leadership, ensure that the business in APAC benefits from effective and sustainable security program that identifies, assesses and cost-effectively mitigates risk to our people, property, products, information, brands and reputation against threats posed by crime, civil unrest, extremism/terrorism, armed conflict, business espionage, and product diversion.
*In FY17, the main effort of the Regional Security Advisor will be to drive Smart Spend and POM efficiency savings across APAC, including (but not limited to) implementation of technical security assets, standardisation of operating procedures and the rationalisation of the organizational structure.
*The role will serve as a Regional asset in responding to all emerging security risks and incidents throughout PepsiCo APAC’s area of responsibility, as well as driving security execution in line with Sector Strategy.
*In line with the Sector’s broader strategy, implement a Region-wide security plan to reduce identify, assess and mitigate risks to PepsiCo’s associates, facilities, proprietary information, and brand/reputation.
*Oversee and facilitate the ongoing strengthening of a sustainable, region-wide Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning and capability.
*Through training and audit validate that the Region’s Crisis Management and Business Continuity and plans are current and functional.
*Maintain strong working relationships with, and provide consultation to, local management teams.
*Plan and oversee periodic security risk assessments and annual security reviews at the Region’s sites to identify critical vulnerabilities and to assist in closing these risks through cost-effective, best practice security enhancements.
*Analyze security threats and risks inherent in undertaking new business ventures and offer expertise-based risk mitigation measures.
*Within the Region, develop and maintain working relationships with national and local security, emergency response, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities as well as with security managers of other large multinational companies.
*Ensure compliance with PepsiCo AMENA’s Security Risk Management System and supporting standards and procedures.
*Deliver a Region-aligned CAPEX security business plan that ensures effective security spend.
*Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs.
*Advise and assist before, during and after security incidents, including on-the-spot risk assessments and security advice to business travelers.
*Implement a strategic plan to strengthen the protection of our supply chain.
*Conduct and coordinate investigations to include counterfeit, extortion, contamination of our products, loss reduction, kidnapping, robberies, Speak Up, fraud, corruption, and security threats against the Sector’s interests and associates.
*Ensure the continued professional development of the APAC security team, to include the identification of suitable individuals in longer-term succession planning.

*Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly expanding business environment
*A minimum of 10 years experience in public and/or private sector with accountabilities and key measures listed above
*Comprehensive substantive knowledge of best security practices, principles and objectives.
*Understanding of ISO-standard management systems, including ISOs 31000 and 22301.
*Advanced, proven experience in security management, protective services, and law enforcement
*Well-refined interpersonal skills
*Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
*Proficiency of written and spoken English Apply
