PepsiCo Jobs Control & Report Senior Analyst :Â FOBO COE Analyst will support Control & Reporting Associate Manager in timely analysis of financial results and templates of FOBO markets (including JVs/Co-packing businesses) and reporting to AMENA Reporting COE.
Accountabilities :Balance Sheet Reviews (BSR) and Management Reporting – Support Control & Reporting Associate Manager in conducting monthly reviews of BSR templates prepared by Manila SSC – Ensure follow up on all BSR open action items for timely completion – Support Control & Reporting Associate Manager in timely and quality reviews of reporting templates compiled by Manila SSC and their submission to AMENA Reporting COE on a monthly/quarterly basis as per reporting calendar – Analyze BS KPIs versus trends and plan – Coordinate x-charges recording and ensure proper approval of intercompany transactions – Ensure proper recording of JV pick up charges – Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of results of NAPIM and Indo China FOBO markets – Co-ordinate with MUs and track closure of all closing related issues before submission – Support in preparation of presentations and reports covering all AMENA FOBO marketsTransaction Processing : – Lead the STB/A&M claims/invoices verification & processing process to ensure transactions are executed in accordance with PI policies; with in the defined control parameters and in accordance with the assigned authorization: – Checking & processing of STB/A&M invoices/claims with close co-ordination of FOBO MUs. – Ensure all claims/invoices are approved as per respective MU SOA – Ensure that all claims/invoices are backed by appropriate supporting documentation – Ensured that claims/invoices are in line with signed Fact Sheets/Commitment Letters/ Agreements/MFARs, as applicable, under the Co-ops signed with bottlers. – Ensure that all claims/invoices are validated and processed as per SLAs agreed with MUs – Provide payment and accounting instructions to Manila SSC/PWF for approved claims/invoices on a timely basis- Graduate in related field (Accounting, Auditing)/ACCA/CA- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in Finance function of a reputable organization or Big 4 audit firm- Sound Accounting background- High focus on results delivery- Self-starter and persistent- Attention to detail- Sound communication skills both written and spoken- Good team player with sound people management skills- Exposure to ERP system and strong computer skills, SAP is a plus Apply
